Chocolate Berry Smoothie

3c             Almond milk (No sugar added)

2 tsp        Apple Peel Powder

2 tsp        “Focus” – Four Sigmatic mushroom blend powder

2 TBSP     Chia Seeds

2 c.           Mixed baby greens

¼              Lemon

4-6           Fresh stevia leaves (or stevia drops to taste)

6              Ice cubes (optional)

6              Frozen strawberries

1/3           Frozen Banana

1/4c         Blueberries (for garnish, fresh or frozen)

Combine the ingredients in the order given. 

The frozen ingredients will add weight to the mix as the blender starts and will “push” the lighter ingredients into the almond milk and down into the blade.  Mix until well-blended then garnish with blueberries

Makes 2, 16oz servings. 

I like to drink one right away and freeze one for another day!  I will take it out of the freezer on the morning that I want to drink it and let it thaw for a couple of hours before I plan on drinking it.
