About Brenda

I am a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and an Adapt® certified health coach. With over 30 years of experience in the health & wellness field, and most of those years engaged in group training & coaching, I am particularly drawn towards the group model. I have seen how the energy of groups can raise the level of motivation and inspiration amongst the participants. My role is to guide the group and to present the content, but each group has its own unique personality and it is always exciting to see how each session unfolds.

Fitness

Muscles are the organ of longevity! Your level of health in so many ways is dependent upon the ways that you move. We’ll focus on your physical fitness with a workout plan tailored to you and your lifestyle.

Nutrition

Healthy foundations of the body are only as good as the fuel that runs it! So together we’ll focus on your nutrition so you can have a plan of action so every trip to the store is simplified.

Mindset

Working with mental patterns, attitudes, habits and mindsets around health can help you understand your patterns and help you shape new behaviors that will work for you, not against you.

  • This is a 6-week course. Weekly live sessions will take place by ZOOM with the option of watching a replay of the meeting if you are not able to attend each week.

  • By addressing lifestyle practices through methods such as behavior change & habit formation, the focus of this 6-week group program is to guide you towards restoring your physiology back to its natural state as much as possible by improving sleep, stress levels, dietary habits, and exercise, while relying on the strength of your personal community and relationships as well as in this small group setting.

  • This is a 6-week course. Weekly live sessions will take place, either in person or online, with the option of watching a replay of the meeting if you are not able to attend each week.

  • Combining quality, real food nutritional guidance with a strength training program, we will also stack healthy lifestyle practices to accelerate the outcome towards feeling more motivated, energetic and strong!
