Personal Training Packages
8 sessions - $480
Personal training bundles can be purchased with health coaching packages or purchased separately in a bundle of 8 , 30-minute sessions. Each pillar of heath affects the other, so I recommend pairing personal training with health coaching to gain momentum faster and achieve results that last.
Single Sessions
$150
If you’d like a single personal training session to serve as an assessment or to help you come up with a program based on your home gym set-up or equipment availability, these can be completed in person if you are local, over the phone, or via Zoom.
