By addressing lifestyle practices through methods such as behavior change & habit formation, the focus of this 6-week group program is to guide you towards restoring your physiology back to its natural state as much as possible by improving sleep, stress levels, dietary habits, and exercise, while relying on the strength of your personal community and relationships as well as in this small group setting.

Are you ready to combine a personalized exercise prescription with a Paleo-based nutrition plan?

This is a 6-week course. Weekly live sessions will take place, either in person or online, with the option of watching a replay of the meeting if you are not able to attend each week.

We will combine the principles of the Paleo diet to provide the nutritional foundation as we execute a strength training program in addition to cardio, mobility and recovery protocols and at the same time, stacking lifestyle practices to accelerate the outcome.
