  • You’re tired of counting calories, steps, macros and micros. You want to rely more on your intuition and get in touch with what your body needs. (Although some tracking is recommended, if only for a brief time.)

  • You understand that willpower is finite. It doesn’t last. Relying on willpower is exhausting!

  • You have access to all the information you need, but you just don’t know how to implement it or where to start.

Hi, I’m Brenda

I am a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and an Adapt® certified health coach. With over 30 years of experience in the health & wellness field, and most of those years engaged in group training & coaching, I am particularly drawn towards the group model. I have seen how the energy of groups can raise the level of motivation and inspiration amongst the participants. My role is to guide the group and to present the content, but each group has its own unique personality and it is always exciting to see how each session unfolds.

Are you tired of feeling sick and tired? Are you new to the functional medicine approach to health and wellness?

  • This is a 6-week course. Weekly live sessions will take place by ZOOM with the option of watching a replay of the meeting if you are not able to attend each week.

  • $270 (additional family members only $99 ea)

  • By addressing lifestyle practices through methods such as behavior change & habit formation, the focus of this 6-week group program is to guide you towards restoring your physiology back to its natural state as much as possible by improving sleep, stress levels, dietary habits, and exercise, while relying on the strength of your personal community and relationships as well as in this small group setting.
