We will combine the principles of the Paleo diet (level 1 course) with strength training, Zone 2 cardio, sprint training & recovery methods. Previous experience or knowledge of these topics is required.

  • You have basic knowledge of exercise modalities and you are excited to learn how to program your workouts on a daily and weekly basis to get the most benefit for your time.

  • You have learned a lot about creating a healthy life for yourself, but you want help implementing it in a way that it makes sense for you and for your lifestyle.

Hi, I’m Brenda

I am a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and an Adapt® certified health coach. With over 30 years of experience in the health & wellness field, and most of those years engaged in group training & coaching, I am particularly drawn towards the group model. I have seen how the energy of groups can raise the level of motivation and inspiration amongst the participants. My role is to guide the group and to present the content, but each group has its own unique personality and it is always exciting to see how each session unfolds.

Are you ready to combine a personalized exercise prescription with a Paleo-based nutrition plan?

  • This is a 6-week course. Weekly live sessions will take place, either in person or online, with the option of watching a replay of the meeting if you are not able to attend each week.

  • $270 (additional family members only $99 ea)

  • We will combine the principles of the Paleo diet to provide the nutritional foundation as we execute a strength training program in addition to cardio, mobility and recovery protocols and at the same time, stacking lifestyle practices to accelerate the outcome.
