Pre-session work: Enrollment documents & communication regarding previous experience will take place before our first meeting.
Week 1: Review of the Paleo Reset. Making decisions on what your individual nutritional focus will be.
Week 2: Programming for strength training
Week 3: Protein timing, meal timing & hydration for optimal strength
Week 4: Zone 2 cardio ——> Sprint training: Two ends of your cardio needs.
Week 5: Mobility, mindfulness & sleep - These are the powerful but often ignored difference makers!
Week 6: Test your progress! Instructions for strength testing and future exercise programming. You will get suggestions on how to implement the tools you learned into your daily life.
PROGRAM LOGISTICS:
6-week program, meeting Friday mornings at 8am, beginning January 20, 2023
Weekly in-person meetings with the option of a Zoom call-in for those not able to attend the meeting in person. The meeting is located in Birmingham, AL. Exact location TBA after signup.
