This 6-Week Gut Health Course Includes:
Pre-session work: Completing forms that include goal setting, eating habits, metabolic assessment (describing your digestion and any health-related issues or symptoms), and a food survey (what types of food you eat and the frequency). These forms can be shared with me or used just for your own information. The more I know, the more I can help you, but it really depends on your level of comfort.
Week 1: Establishing a vision for optimal health & goal setting. Introduction to habit & behavior change.
Week 2: Diet approaches to gut health with the option of participating in a 30-day Paleo Reset.
Week 3: Mindfulness
Week 4: Controlling stress and achieving states of relaxation (even when the world around us is spinning!)
Week 5: Sleep - this is a big one!
Week 6: Wrap up - tying it all together and discussing how to implement the tools you learned into your daily life.
PROGRAM LOGISTICS:
